Another Awesome Weekend

Another week gone by....

11th August (Wednesday)
I went to Kmart to do some shopping and came across these really cute Mr. Mens. haha. Thought i'd share them with everyone =]

12th August (Thursday)

I had a pretty Cruizy day at work today, Most of my team was out at Lang Lang, So got some peace and quiet to catch up on my list of tasks that always seems never ending -___-". Had Subway and Coffee in the morning. ahah, made me so full!. The subway breaky wrap is so good, its only $2, and it has bacon, egg and cheese.

Anyways, I was really looking forward to Ice Skating today because I hadn't been in so long. After work, i drove to docklands to meet Potter and the others to have dinner at Groovetrain. I was so proud of myself for getting there without getting lost once! hahaha. At Groovetrain, I had spaghetti and honeydew green tea which was recommended by the waitress. She was very friendly and gave us free cake because it was Potters birthday. haha.

After eating, we finally went to Icehouse for the main event. This was my first time there, so i had some really good first impressions of the place. It was big and spacious, with pretty good music and disco lights. There was two rinks, one where there was a hockey game being held and other other where we ice skating around and around for fun. hehe. My Skates were kinda tight, so I ended up getting a blister on my foot, but it was definietely worth it. It was good to catch up with Mathesons again. Don't remember the last time we'd hung out in such a big group. I gave up skating towards the end because my legs were so tired, I didn't have energy to skate fast anymore, and my blister was really getting to me! haha so ended up just chatting to Sadie and Clarissa. Then went to hungry jacks after for food, because some of us were quite hungry after skating around so much!

I had a really good sleep that night!

13th August (Friday)

I took an RDO today, so ended up sleeping in til 2pm! Was soo goood. hahahah! Then I just bummed around at home until It was time to get ready to go clubbing with the girls. Lulu looked so hot as a pilot, although the scarf did make her look a bit more like an airhostess.Nonetheless, it was HOT! =]. There were lotsa weirdos at Eve, stealing my hat, but it was still fun. I enjoyed it, despite almost fainting towards the end of the night due to the heat and stuffiness of the club. There were so many girls dirty dancing -___-" wonder what the next generations going to be like?

We danced for ages until about 12:45. We hardly had any drinks so by this time I was kinda thirsty. But the embarrassing thing was, between the time I decided to get a drink and actually walking over to the bar for a drink, I felt so dizzy and lightheaded that I could barely stand on my feet anymore! Felt bad for worrying the girls. They really should have more aircon in there or something, Seriously! I was fine once I got out of the club and got some fresh air. I came back to my senses. LOL, then we chatted in the car for a bit, before we headed off to Maccas. Haha that was probably the highlight of the night! 

14th August (Saturday)

The best highlight of this weekend was going to High Tea. We went to Westin Hotel, located on Russel Street I think, near the Chanel store. I was expecting us to go into a tall hotel building, and that High tea was something heald on the top floor, where we sat around a table. But I was totally mistaken as I stepped into the Westin Hotel. It was so Upper class! I fell in love with the stairs as soon as I entered! It was so swirvy and elegant looking. It was a shame we didnt go up to see what was upstairs. I wanted to take an individual shot of me coming down the stairs, but because we had taken so many photos already, I think everyone felt embarrassed by the amount of photos we took. hahah. But it was so worth it! I love daniels SLR, his pictures come out so nice! I hope we will get a chance to just go out and do a random photoshoot ine day. =]

We were directed to our seats (which was on the ground floor..haha) near the fireplace. The atmosphere was absolutely awesome! I loved it! made me feel like we werent in melbourne! As we waited for the others to arrive, we odered tea and coffee (which was unlimited with the package. It was so worth it because each tea or coffeee was about $7 Each, so I think we definietely made our moneys worth!) We took some amazing photos, and played chinese whispers...hahaha. I think people around us might've found us annoying because we seemed like little kids sitting in such a grand place, mucking around, taking endless amounts of photos. But I didn't care, who are they to judge? We were having fun, and thats all that mattered.

The food was soo good! I loved it, it came on a three teir thing, with scons, sandwhiches/burgers and desserts. Each one with a different taste. My favourite would have to be the burgers. The desserts were okay, but the lemon one was too sweet and the chocolate one was too thick..but I ate them anyway! hahah. I was so full by the end of it. It was basically my breakfast, lunch and dinner! (although I went home afterwards and had instant shin ramen. LOL!) Each food was so small and cute, I almost couldn't eat them! haha. The scons weren't bad either. After an extravagent day at High tea, we went back to lucys to play Karaoke and Scatteogies. Ending the night with some silly Photos. haha!

15th August (Sunday)
