Spring Festivities...

Well it sure has been awhile since I've last blogged. Been very tired from being so busy! I'm not sure where to begin! haha. I think I will blog about the last few days of my life...
After a busy/tiring week of work, I ended Friday Night with Spring Fling @ The Motel (York Street). It first started with me and a couple of workmates chilling at The Pub at Crown, having a couple of beers, then gambling at roulette (in which i lost my money =(..), to finishing with a Tequilla shot before moving onto the Clubbing event.

I s2 DUP was launching its first fashion show of occupation costumes. My friend was in the runway, so I was there to support her, and to have an awesome time with the rest of my friends. Luckily the place was close to crown, and my workmate was kind enough to drive me there, I would've been hopeless trying to find it on my own! LOL.

The Fashion show didn't start until 12:30am, so we spent the hours leading up to it, by taking lots of photos. We also got to go into the VIP area in the back, to meet the Poreotics Hip Hop Crew from America)! Okay, I must admit, I had never heard of them until I saw their Clip promoting the Spring Fling event, but meeting them in person, I became an instant fan. Espcially after seeing their Fusion Performance on youtube. They are AWESOME!

Couldn't believe how young they were! So the fashion show finally started and the models made their way onto the catwalk, one by one. There were many interesting Fantasy Occupation Costumes. They were all very kinky. haha. nonetheless, the show was a success and there were lots of cheering going on =). I was so busy taking videos and pictures, I didnt have any drinks while I was at the club! I was surprised! and so were many others! haha. We left after the runway show, but It was already about 1.30am by that time. It was good that we had left at that time, because I think we were all really tired. My feet were so sore because of working all day, then being out all night until 2am! I crashed into bed and woke up the next day at about 12pm. lol.

So how was my Saturday? Well, it was pretty relaxing. I ended up going to glenny for coffee, then dumplings. The weather was so good! Loved it! haha. My friends and I somehow ended up chatting about tattoos, and we were saying how I should get an "Awesome" tattoo. That lead to us going down to The Glen, buying black art pens, and making our way to Coco Black to have my "fake" Awesome Tattoo drawn on my arm. My friend did an awesome job! Loved it! hehe. It was a nice relaxing day of just chilling in the sun. I Even went for a walk after coffee around my neighborhood because the weather was so good! Then i went home and had a relaxing night at home, even attempting to sleep early because I had to wake up early on Sunday for the Tulip Festival. lol

Sunday finally came, and I was out of the house by 9.40am to go to my friends house to meet up before heading off to the Tulip Festival. We were worried as the weather was quite chilli. We made a quick stop at hungry jacks for breakfast. I must say, the breakfast wraps at hungry jacks are really good! The Coffee wasn't so great, but was drinkable after 3 sugar packs -__-" lol! The weather finally became better once we left hungry jacks. Making our way down to lilydale, we were blown away by all the pretty colours of the flowers. We made our way down each aisle of flowers, taking random photos with the statues and finished up at the windmill, before walking back to buy icecream and poffejers. They were so good! The food offered at the place wasn't very expensive either, so it was pretty good. A couple of friends had their face painted - which turned out so good! By this time,
I think we were all really tired. I think we spent at least 3-4 hours at the Tulip festival, before making an attempt to do some wine tasting. But since It looked dodgy, we just ended up going home. I ended up falling asleep in the car -__-". Made my way home before heading out again with the family for a big family dinner at Walrus in Springvale. I think i over ate, because I had so much food! It was good finally catching up with everyone. I don't remember the last time we had such a big gathering. hehe. So that ended my weekend.
The only down side of my weekend was my camera dieing =( I feel lost without it. So I am now searching for a new camera. I have always liked Canon, but I will be looking at a couple of other Cameras. I shall post them in a later blog. For now, Here are some pictures from my weekend.
