What I've been up to!

Wow it definitely has been a while since I've blogged! Things have been going well! All those weird feelings I felt - all disappeared after an awesome girls night out! SO much has happened lately. Just to sum them up quickly:

1. Worked as a receptionist for 4 days at a place called Brickwood Holdings. It was fun while it lasted and the pay was good! It was a shame I couldn't work for the upcoming weeks but it was good timing as I can now focus back onto my studies =). It's funny how I always complained abt not having work and no income. When I started working fulltime at this place, I suddenly started missing the days when I was sleeping in and being able to do things at my own pace! haha. but will definitely miss the income. =(

2. Uni has been going well, still getting by with my assignments and lectures =). Haven't been to Clayton once, strangely enough! haha, I'm basically at uni when I need to be and thats it! LOL


3. Grad jobs - did online assessments for alot of banks - not looking at getting anything as I absolutely HATE online assessments, I'm never good at them, and the last few i did...I fell asleep! I know! tell me abt it! haha. but besides that I've got an interview lined up with Oracle in June and I recently spent the day at Sydney (on tuesday) for Apple! It was amazing and exciting! and although i'm not sure how I went in my interview, I am happy with how things went, whether it was being able to spend the day at the Hilton hotel in group activities to individual interviews and candidate projects, It was an amazing experience to be able to be at the Apple store and to get a taste of what it would be like to work for Apple!

4. Nephew Riley has been adorable, although i haven't had much time to play with him, as he is at that stage where he eats..sleeps..cries..eats..sleeps...cries..lol! But on the other hand, I've had some wonderful moments with Nephew Ethan, who has his cute little moments! I am amazed at his constant interest in cars..and balls! haha every day it'll be one or the other! haha.

5. I am planning to get the iphone at the end of the month! (FInally!) as my phone contract finishes =). Not only that But I also plan to get the Ipad 2. It's time to finally get it and own it! I am thinking of getting the white one, because its different. hehe.
